1. First thing we do is lay out all the leg & apex steel, we count them to ensure that the quantity is right and sort them into their respective groups.

2. We can now bolt the Haunch Bracket in place and fix the EavePpurlin bracket with Tek screws as shown here.

3. We can now loosely attach the Base Plate to the bottom of the leg as shown here. We leave this finger tight to allow for movement when leveling the leg during erection process.

4. Next we make up the Apex's careful to ensure that they are all identical. We use the first one as a template. A long tape should be used here to check that the distance across the apex to ensure that they will give the right width when bolted to the leg,

5. Now we start to put the frame together.

Standing the frame up.
6. Level everything as you go & then level it again & again, always checking level as this will help a lot come time to cut doors in and sheet. Level, Level, Level again!

Level, Level & Level again!
7. Because of the light nature of our Steel Buildings it&#39;s important that you prop &amp; brace as you go in order to keep everything square &amp; yes LEVEL! Get the first bay spot on &amp; the rest will fall into place. Note the diagonal bracing used on the back wall to help keep everything square &amp; true.<img src="mambots/editors/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-cool.gif" border="0" alt="Cool" title="Cool" width="18" height="18" />

Prop & Brace as you go.
8. Once you have one bay right & braced it's time to work it along.

9. Continue along!

10.Prayer changes everything!

Take time out to pray!
12. Once the frame is right, it's time to start cladding. Again nice level Tek lines will ensure a nice finish to your building so remember level, level, level!

In this picture you can see the strip footings. These save alot of time in groundwork preperation as digging individual holes and form working each & every hole can be very time consuming. It's much easier to do the footings like this using a JCB four nice & easy straight strip holes and it's just about as easy as it gets.
